Suns -vs- Blazers game.

So for Christmas this year, Scott decided to try and take his dad to a Blazers game. So he tried to get some tickets off of Craigs list (they were a good deal), but it fell through cuz' someone else was faster than him! But he was able to secure 4 tickets to the Blazers/Suns game on Dec. 18th. Well, little did we know how close the tickets were to the floor. Lets just say we were close enough to see every face clearly and to be seen on TV a couple of times as they panned the cameras across the floor! (In fact, my mom and dad saw us! They were watching the game at Buffalo Wild Wings in Prescott!) We were 8 rows behind the Suns bench!!! It was so stinkin' cool! So Scott, his dad, our friend from church, David Duran and I got to go see the game and was it a game to watch!!!

Unfortunately, the Suns lost the game, but it was such a great game to watch, who cares who won!! It was a monumental game for the Blazers who've been struggling with lots of things over the last 6 or so years (maybe more). Brandon Roy scored a career high 50 points that game, and it was the first game in 11 games against the Suns that the Blazers actually won, so Go Blazers!

One of the coolest parts was just seeing how big the players actually are! You thought Shaq looked big on TV???? Wow..... and you think Steve Nash looks small on TV compared to everyone else??? He's not........he's pretty darn tall too! Scott took about a million pictures and since we have a new camera, we're still trying to figure it out, so some of them are fairly blury, but he got some great pictures of the players.

And of course, I was ecstatic because my favorite all time player, Dan Marley, who is on the Suns coaching staff, was there as well!!! It was a late night - we didn't get home until about 12:30, but it sure was worth it. It was a great time, and I think Scott's dad had a great time!!! Enjoy the pictures.
