A hunting we will go......

So on Saturday, Scott and I took August up to Sleighbells (a Christmas tree farm with a nice trinket shop with it) to hunt for a Christmas tree. They have a neat thing where you can go up onto the hill and cut the tree down for yourself, herk it down to the paying area and they shake it and tie it up for you. Pretty fun - Scott and I have been doing it for the last 4 years (although last year doesn't count because we technically moved into our house this week last year so we didn't get a tree).

Our day started at Cornerstone - as usual!

Well, we hit Costco first, and by the time we got to Sleighbells, well our little boy was FAST asleep. And continued to sleep until Scott finally woke him up because he had to cut the tree down! He loved looking at the trees and watching everything and overall we had a really fun little trip!

Even after Scott trekked up and down this hill - August still slept!

I LOVE this picture!

This one is the cutest one!

I really helped a lot this day!!! Poor Scott! That's why he's got the muscles!!!

My strong boys!!

Too bad August wasn't looking.
This cute horse was made out of tires!
Now the trick is to keep him from touching the tree.....so tempting because it's just at his range!!! But he's doing fairly well and I think he's getting into jist of what we're doing!
