Nope - don't have a good excuse for being MIA for over a month, so I'm not even going to try to give one - just going to start from here! (whew - glad that's over!!!)
We've been pretty busy and since I missed the whole month of October, here's a short little spat of what we've done. Not really anything! Isn't that really exciting?? The beginning of the month was fairly boring, but it was me trying to get ready for August's birthday and leaving for Hawaii which we did both on the same day!!! Well - we had his 1st birthday party the Monday before his actual birthday and then we had 2 more parties after that when we got to Hawaii!! (We kept saying "3 parties because you're 3"! - oh dear - hope that doesn't set a precedence!)
We then left for Hawaii on his birthday and were there for just over a week visiting Scott's family. We had a really nice time and there are more pictures to come for that (haven't loaded them yet).
I think one of the reasons I didn't post anything was because we didn't do any fun things like I wanted to do. I really wanted to take the kids to a pumpkin patch - but that didn't happen cuz' every weekend it either rained or we were doing something else and I wasn't about to take them by myself - just not up for the stress of doing it on my own (I'm learning my limits :( .) We didn't carve pumpkins because we weren't going to be here - (not sure if that's a good excuse or not, but anyway) and I think I was a little down because it started raining way too early here, so at any rate - today is a new day and I've got lots of pictures to post and hopefully some videos too!!

We didn't make it to a pumpkin patch either because of rain or too busy. I feel your sadness. :)
