As I'm sitting here.....

.....getting updated on all the blogs I follow, checking email, etc., etc., etc., (not ANYTHING I'm supposed to be doing considering we are going out of town this weekend!) and August is saying over and over and over again: "Mom I want to sit on your lap and drink chocolate milk" (why oh why did I start with chocolate milk! :)) and is now singing Head, shoulders, knees and toes over and over and over again. (do you notice a trend here?) I decided to post a blog post welcoming my good friend Bea to the blogging world!!!...and post some pictures. (hopefully none of you are grammer fanatics because I think this is the longest run-on sentence I've seen in a long time!!!)

This post is not about anything in general, just a random Friday post to let you know we're surviving the terrible twos, and having two kids as opposed to one!!!

Grace is going to be 14 weeks tomorrow (can you believe it?) and August is over 2 1/2. And today we're supposed to be getting all of our clothes ready to go to Seattle for a couple of days. Lucky I don't have to do laundry - don't know that it would get done today - you know my love/hate relationship with laundry!!

All the pictures are just random shots of the kids that I've taken in the last couple of days. I've been trying to get Scott to reformat our videos (our video camera downloads the videos in an MDA format or some weird thing, so we have to re-format it to be able to play it! I guess that's what you get for getting the day-after Thanksgiving special at WalMart!) So once he does, I'll have lots of videos to post as well. At any rate, I hope you all have a fabulous weekend - enjoy the sun and fun!
