Family

I love that Scott was able to go back home for his Grandma's service and to help his mom and Aunty out with things that needed to be done. I think the thing I love even more is that he took about a bazillion pictures and I was really excited because there were lots of random pictures of his family that we may NEVER get the opportunity to get again. So this post is dedicated to the Yonemori/Tsubota family. Love being part of this family!!! They are wonderful people. If you ever want to have a caring and thoughtful "in-law" family - just marry into a Japanese family! They are wonderful! Here's to all of you who took care of "my boys" while they were gone!

Hmmm. In front of Aunty Eva's house (Grandma Yonemori's old house) is Uncle Alan, Herb (Scott's Dad) Thelma, Aunty Susan (the crazy one!!! Just Kidding Aunty!), Aunty Eva, Lynne (you can't see her) Kelly and Uncle Wayne.

Aunty Lynne and August. (Lynne is Scott and Kelly's second cousin - her mom and Thelma are cousins)

Kelly and Erin (Erin is Hayley's mom) - Erin is one of only three 1st cousins Scott has. They also have one half-cousin who lives there in Hilo also. (Is that right Thelma? - I think I counted correctly.)

August, Scott, Uncle Wayne and Cheyne (Scott's other 1st cousin - the final one lives in Michigan, I think, and Scott and Kelly haven't met her.)

Love this picture too - not sure what was so funny - but love it. In the background is Micah - Scott's half-cousin who lives there in Hilo.

And one final PS - that's about as technical as I'm going to get with trying to explain who everyone is because if I REALLY tried to explain it.........I'd be here all day and I would have to invest in a long phone call with Thelma!!!! Lots of family there - anyway -hope you had fun!
