Well one of the presents that Grace received for her birthday was this gorgeous little chair with an ottoman all her own! Mr. & Mrs. C got it for her and she LOVES it! I was laughing though because of all the pictures that Scott took that night, he forgot to take one of her with her chair! I think he was video taping it so forgot to take pictures. So the next day I caught her in it and had to take some pictures! Isn't this the coolest chair? When ever she gets her own room - I think this will be my inspiration piece! Aren't those really cool colors for a little girl?

Anyway - this is just a little tidbit of what's been going on. She is getting so big and now says the following:
* August (Au-dus)
* Mommy (Ah-mee)
* Da Da
* Baby (Sooo cute to hear her say it!)
* Cup (hup)
* Cracker (cah-ker)
* Please (peeas)
I'm sure I be able to add more later. She also is very good at letting Au-dus know when she is not happy at him in the form of a scream (which gets a swift swat on the bum from mom). And I've heard already that she's been tormenting the boys in nursery! I guess they start right away with that, huh?
Anyway - I thought I would add a picture from a year ago when she was born - don't the kids look so little? Even August looks so young. Man a year goes by fast!!!
The day after Grace was born - crazy huh?

I love the chair!!! Yes, those would be great colors for her room. Did you ever see my girls' room in Prescott when I painted it? It was buttercup yellow walls with Pepto Bismol pink trim. I LOVED IT!!

I love the chair!! Awesome, bright colors to work with! It's amazing how kids change in just one year! ~ Even at Caden and Raigan's age..there is such a difference!
