Is that a clown?

Nnnnnnooooooo!! It's just August being goofy with play-do, my favorite toy in the world!!! (j/k)

No really - this was cute because he doesn't really ask to play with it that often and if I don't get paranoid about the colors mixing (oh lord - do the colors mix ever NOT mix????) August doesn't care and just has a blast!

Grandma Wegner sent up a set that has some animal "cookie cutters" and so he spent about an hour playing around. And obviously it ended up on his face somehow. I love this picture!!!

I think the thing I loved the most about it was - wait - there were two things I loved:

1. I got to take a shower AND blow dry my hair AND put on my makeup (can you believe it?) all without an interuption because Grace was sleeping at the same time.

And.....

2. Well, the picture tells it all.

When I came out of my room to help him put all the stuff away, cuz he said he was done, this is what I saw and I just HAD to take a picture!

Is that not amazing???? I was so impressed I just gushed at him and he kept saying back to me "thank you mommy, thank you!" (I love this kid :))

Who says a two year old doesn't pick up after himself??? (I guess I have to confess this is not the usual occurence although it happens more than I ever hoped for - even without me asking him to!!!)
